Will I have to set up a new account?
Nope! Your current bundle and account information will be automatically transferred over, but you will need to reset your password (we don’t store those). Simply use your email to log in to your account, reset your password, and you’ll be good to go!
Note: Your bundle history will not be transferred over. If you need any historical information for any reason, our customer care team can help you.
Will shipping rates change?
Yes. Shipping will now be a flat rate of $11.99USD.
Will you be charging in USD or CAD?
Purchases are in USD. In some cases, your bank or credit card company may assess additional fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank regarding these fees.
What courier will you be using to ship to Canada?
We’re shipping out of the US via DHL Air.
Will I get access to all of the diaper designs?
Yes!!
Will I get access to all of the products in the US?
Not quite everything. Anything that’s required to go through Health Canada and the regulatory system (vitamins, diaper rash cream, sunscreen, bug spray) will not be immediately available. To avoid confusion, customers in Canada will see a note next to relevant products indicating it's not available to ship to Canada or in some cases the product won't display at all.
